Glasgow-born star JAMES McAVOY, might have landed himself in hot water with producers after letting slip a key plot secret from the latest X-Men film.
The 36-year-old actor confirmed that his character Charles Xavier will lose his hair in the upcoming movie and also hinted as to how that might happen during an interview on the Graham Norton Show.
“We couldn’t have a superhero just lose his hair so he goes through something so horrible and painful that he literally half pulls his hair out and the rest falls out,” he revealed.
“Fox Studios that owns me might be angry with me,” he said of the plot slip.
The Atonement, Trance and Filth actor was on the sofa with Daniel Radcliffe , who stars alongside the Scot in Victor Frankenstein.
McAvoy admitted that filming the gothic horror, which opened in cinemas yesterday, had caused some domestic issues for him.
He said: “The only place that looked like my laboratory was an old Victorian sewage works that still stank of old Victorian sewage. We were there for five or six days and when I got home from work my wife would make it clear I wasn’t to come near her.”
